By DOUG GRAVES Ohio Correspondent COLUMBUS, Ohio — Agricultural policy, tax planning, farmland leases and wetlands are just a few of the issues slated for discussion at the second annual Ohio Agricultural Law Symposium Oct. 9 at The Ohio State University.
“This program is designed for lawyers who have agricultural clients or an interest in agriculture,” said Peggy Hall, director of Ohio State’s Agricultural and Resource Law Program.
This event is cosponsored by the Ohio State Bar Assoc. Agriculture Law Committee. The Agricultural and Resource Law Program provides legal research and outreach on agricultural and rural issues for OSU extension.
