Instructions:
Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, pepper and vegetables in 11x8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish. Top with chicken; season chicken as desired. Cover.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let casserole stand 10 minutes before serving. Stir rice. Top with cheese.
