Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
Makes four servings Prep time: 5 minutes Baking time: 50 minutes 10 3/4-ounce can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98 percent Fat Free) 1 1/3 cups water 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 cups fresh or frozen mixed vegetables 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, pepper and vegetables in 11x8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish. Top with chicken; season chicken as desired. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let casserole stand 10 minutes before serving. Stir rice. Top with cheese.
