Instructions:
Brown the ground beef and half of the onion, chopped. Drain off grease when nicely browned. Place this on the bottom of your casserole dish.
Distribute the peas, celery and mushrooms over the ground beef in the casserole. Combine the undiluted mushroom soup, half and half, seasoning salt, regular salt, pepper and the remaining chopped onion, and turn out over the contents of the casserole dish.
Top with the crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for about a half-hour. You’ll find this to be a tasty treat which will be well-received every time you prepare it.
