Autumn Antique Barn Festival on Michigan Centennial Farm
By NANCY KELLY
Michigan Correspondent

DEWITT, Mich. — Once again Jill Albert will be hosting an Autumn Antique Barn Festival on her family Centennial Farm in DeWitt.
The event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 15 and 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 1870s barn has been beautifully renovated and is the perfect venue for displaying antiques, collectibles and hand-made gifts for fall and the upcoming holiday season.

Several dealers will also be spread around the spacious yard, providing numerous opportunities for shopping and enjoying the day.

“I have a passion for antiques, so it seemed only natural to offer our barn to my antique dealer friends. I strongly believe that living with antiques is good for the environment. There is always some resale value in antiques, unlike so much of the imported stuff that ends up in landfills. Antiques are also a wonderful source of keeping families united from generation to generation by the stories and care that is given to the antiques that are passed down in families,” said Albert.

The Autumn Antique Barn Festival is located at 4410 W. Howe Road in DeWitt, Mich., just west of Airport Road. There is plenty of off-road parking available.

Look for the banner on the east side of the barn. There is no charge to attend this event.
