A University of Tennessee Extension workshop will begin at 6:30 p.m. CDT at the Tennsco Community Center in Dickson, Tenn. May 10-July 11: Dreaming of managing your own green acres? The University of Tennessee Center for Profitable Agriculture will offer “Considerations for Beginning Farmers” at several dates and locations across the state. The fullday workshop is designed for those with little or no farming background. Cost to attend is $25 per person, which includes the program and lunch.
