Nov. 5: The CME Group, Inc. has filed its definitive proxy statement for a special meeting of shareholders at 10 a.m. Central Time at CME headquarters, 20 South Wacker Dr., Chicago, Ill. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on a proposal to amend and restate the company's certificate of incorporation to eliminate some or all of the election rights held by Class B shareholders. Nov. 9: The Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corp. will hold its monthly business meeting at 10 a.m. EST at the Franklin County extension office, 101 Lakeview Court, Frankfort, Ky. One hour before that, its Loan Review Committee will meet; its Guidelines Committee will meet 30 minutes after adjournment of the full board; and its Hemp Policy Committee will meet at 1 p.m.
