ILLINOIS

Nov. 5: The CME Group, Inc. has filed its definitive proxy statement for a special meeting of shareholders at 10 a.m. Central Time at CME headquarters, 20 South Wacker Dr., Chicago, Ill. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on a proposal to amend and restate the company's certificate of incorporation to eliminate some or all of the election rights held by Class B shareholders. The meeting will be broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed via http://investor.cmegroup.com

 

INDIANA

Nov. 14: Purdue University Agriculture’s Indiana Sheep and Wool Market Development Program (Indiana S&W) will consider new funding projects at its fall meeting from noon-2:30 p.m., at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, Ky. Six funding projects were accepted at the spring meeting, and Indiana S&W will be accepting funding requests up until this date. KENTUCKY

Nov. 1: The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board’s White Application Review Committee will meet to consider old business at 10 a.m. EDT at the Department of Agriculture office, 109 Corporate Dr., Frankfort, Ky.

Nov. 9: The Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corp. will hold its monthly business meeting at 10 a.m. EST at the Franklin County extension office, 101 Lakeview Court, Frankfort, Ky. One hour before that, its Loan Review Committee will meet; its Guidelines Committee will meet 30 minutes after adjournment of the full board; and its Hemp Policy Committee will meet at 1 p.m.

Nov. 15: The following Kentucky Agricultural Development Board Recipient Review Committees will meet at the Governor’s Office of Agricultural Policy Office, 404 Ann St., Frankfort, Ky.: Kentucky Horticulture Council, 10 a.m.-noon EST; and Kentucky Department of Agriculture, 2-4 p.m.

Nov. 16: The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board will hold its monthly business meeting at 10 a.m. EST at the Franklin County extension office, 101 Lakeview Court, Frankfort, Ky.
