Frontier Equipment Introduces New Models of Heavy-Duty and Medium-Duty Box Blades

Frontier Equipment recently expanded its heavy-duty and medium-duty box blade lineup. The new Heavy-Duty and Construction-Grade 32 and 33 Series Box Blades come in working widths of six to eight feet and are compatible with all tractors ranging in horsepower from 40 to 90 hp.

These heavy-duty box blades have an operating weight of up to 1,400 pounds. The 32 and 33 Series are both designed to work with Category 1 and 2 three-point hitches.

Each box blade features a reinforced tubular scraper beam, along with reversible cutting edges and hinged tailgates, except on the construction blade, which features a fixed tailgate. Another characteristic is that all box blades have a high-capacity box, with a smooth surface design and no obstructions.

These box blades have eight hydraulically controlled scrapers (scarifiers), and the points are either heat treated or hardened and replaceable.

The new 21 Series Medium-Duty Box Blades come in six- and seven-foot working widths and are compatible with all tractors ranging up to 70 hp. The 21 Series offers a floating, removable tailgate to perform in heavy grading conditions.

The scraper blades (scarifiers) have three position adjustments, allowing the customer to determine how aggressively to scrape and level the ground. The scarifiers are individually pinned for an easy, one-person adjustment.

The box blades are strengthened with end plates and have reinforced top edges. In addition, they’re designed with a 3/8-inch plate steel, heavy bolt-on mast. Additional features of the 21 Series Box Blades include a balanced design and fine precision grading and leveling capabilities.

All box blades feature a one-year warranty. Visit www.buyfrontier.com
