In Wells County, Ind., 148 acres – 127.5 tillable, 15.5 acres of woods – sold for $14,620 per acre. Contact Rick Johnloz, 260-424-2324.

In Warren County, Ind., 359 acres – 309 tillable, 45 woods – sold for $10,724 per acre. This included a two-story home.

In addition, 26.67 total acres of timber, recreational, and a potential building site, sold in Wells County on May 10 for $185,000.
On April 14, 170.17 acres – five tracts of productive cropland, rural home and farm buildings – sold in Delaware County, Ind., sold for $2 million, or more than $11,750 an acre.
In Darke County, Ohio, 139.62 acres – two tracts of productive farmland and woods – sold for $1.7 million. The sale was April 12-13.
