Trump Steaks, are exclusively Certified Angus Beef (CAB) brand USDA Prime, an elite category for which less than one percent of all the beef produced in America qualifies.

Trump Steaks are raised from Midwestern-raised, corn-fed Angus-influenced stock. Certified Angus Beef brand USDA Prime is the top of the grading scale for traits that determine beef’s tenderness, juiciness and flavor; it can be awarded only after a rigorous independent evaluation. Trump Steaks also meet nine additional
quality specifications not required of USDA Prime.

Once optimally aged, Trump Steaks are cut by butchers to exacting standards for trim and thickness. They are then individually sealed, flash frozen, carefully packed in dry ice, and shipped to customers in a black-and-gold Trump Steaks presentation box.

The CAB brand standards are based on marbling, maturity and consistency. CAB is the only Angus-brand owned by the American Angus Assoc.’s 35,000 rancher members.
