New generation, large-chassis AGCO ST Series tractors add higher horsepower versions of their lower power siblings to fill out the ST compact line. Like their lower horsepower counterparts, the four new compacts emphasize comfort and serviceability with three of them, the ST34A, the ST47A and the ST52A available with a factory-installed ROPS cab. All four, including the ST41A, are designed for use with the new pedestal-mount loader for quick mount and dismount and offer a joystick as a factory-installed option. Like other new generation STs, they also share a tilt hood, open platform and ergonomically placed controls.
The 33-engine hp ST34A is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3-cylinder diesel engine, while the 3-cylinder, 40-engine hp ST41A is turbocharged. The ST47A with 47.5 engine hp and the ST52A with 52.1 engine hp are both naturally aspirated. All four are Tier II EPA certified.
Buyers can select from four transmissions, including the 8x8 with two ranges and four gears per range, the 12x12 PowerShuttle with clutchless change of direction, hydrostatic and Quadrashift transmissions.
The tractors are designed for easy-on and easy-off operator movement with semi-flat and flat decks, suspended pedals and tilt steering wheels. Tractors can come with the optional factory-installed cab.
Four mid-mount hydraulic couplers make it easy to hook up loaders and other attachments and add to the tractors’ versatility. All four can be equipped with R1 Ag tires, R3 and high-flotation LSW turf tires as well as R4 industrial tires.
