Indiana Farm Equipment and Technology Expo announces 2021 theme
 
“Retool for the Future” is the theme of the 2021 Indiana Farm Equipment and Technology Expo, to be held Dec. 14-16 at Grand Park in Westfield, Ind. The show brings together the largest gathering of current and cutting-edge farm production technology in the Midwest, along with a free educational seminar series that addresses the current and future needs of Corn Belt farmers. The Expo will showcase the latest in farm equipment and the innovation in technology that represent the future of agriculture.
“Farmers are having to adapt to changing climate and market conditions as well as environmental regulations and consumer buying trends,” said Gary Truitt, president and producer of the event. “All of these will require a retooling of farm production and management. The show will give producers, both large and small, the information they will need to adjust to the changing future of agriculture and expose them to the tools available to enable them to thrive in a post-pandemic economy.”
After its cancellation in 2020 due to government restrictions, the 42-year-old event has relocated to the state-of-the-art Grand Park Sports Complex, where an expanded show floor, easy access, free parking and a safer environment will enhance the experience for both exhibitors and attendees. Keynote speakers Machinery Pete and Chad Colby will headline a seminar series that will help farmers make decisions on retooling their current operations and preparing for the new technology that will be on the farm in the next few years. Several outlook sessions will present a look into market, weather and economic conditions in 2022.
