Aaron Andrew Reding, 48, of Hodgenville, Ky., passed away April 12, 2022, at his home. He was a native of West Bend, Iowa, a member of St. James Catholic Church, and an owner and general manager of Homestead Family Farms. Aaron had a passion for his faith, his family and the agriculture industry. His determination and strength were always evident but especially during his 17-year journey with ALS. He is survived by his wife, Ashley Carr Reding; three children, Kathryn, Andrew and Adam Reding; his parents, Mark and Barbara (Ohde) Reding; three brothers, Mike (Melissa) Reding, John Reding and James Reding; five sisters, Kathy (Eric) Bergren, Anna (Jason Putt) Reding, Ellen (Matt) Falk, Sarah (Eric) Bartley and Sr. Nazaret (Mary) Reding. His funeral was Tuesday at 1 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Ann Cemetery in Howardstown. Visitation was at Brown Funeral Home. Two memorial funds have been created to honor Aaron.
