Halderman companies included among America’s best brokerages, top auction houses

Halderman Real Estate & Farm Management is thrilled that our real estate services were recognized among America’s Best Brokerages and Top Auction Houses for 2023. We are passionate about being a leader in our communities and throughout the Midwest, and are excited that we are able to be included among other nationally ranked organizations.
In our 90 years of serving the families in our communities through appraisals, private sales and auctions, we have been able to set the bar higher with record real estate sales in 2022 of approximately $250 million. Our continued growth to managing 650-plus farms across the United States, selling and acquiring over 150 properties, and performing over 1,200 appraisals annually is championed by our average sale per acre over $13,000. As we reflect on this achievement, we continue to aim higher and provide the best service to the Midwest and beyond.
“The Halderman Companies are blessed with an excellent team including our 22 area representatives, marketing team, the auction team, and the main office staff who make it all come together,” said Howard Halderman, president. “This group strives to maximize our seller’s sales and at the same time make the buyer’s experience the best it can be for each transaction. Our goal is to exceed our client’s goals and this past year the market enabled us to do that often. Thank you to all our clients and customers for your support.”
Halderman Farm Management Service, Inc. was founded in 1930 in Wabash, Ind., by Howard H. and Marie Halderman. The company is one of the largest family-owned professional farm management and real estate organizations in the United States.
