Frozen Fish Sticks Casserole
Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice 3 tablespoons butter Medium onion, chopped 1/2 of a green bell pepper, chopped 1 (14.5 ounces) can of diced tomatoes with garlic seasoning 1/2 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons vinegar 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 package frozen fish sticks 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Grease your casserole dish with butter. Lay the cooked rice on the bottom of this casserole dish. Use a pan to melt the 3 tablespoons of butter, and sauté in the onion and green bell pepper until they’re soft. Stir in the diced tomatoes with juice, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté this and stir it well for 5-10 minutes. Pour this hot sauce over the rice in the casserole dish then lay the fish sticks on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees, for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the casserole. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
