Instructions:
Mix the cheeses together and set aside for use. Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder and pepper with your hands just like you do when you make meatloaf.
Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 balls. Press them out to make thin patties. Be sure the patties are the same size and of even thickness.
Put two tablespoons of the cheese mix on each of four patties. Top the beef patties and cheese, with the remaining four ground beef patties. Press and seal the edges so when the cheese melts it won’t run out.
Cook these on your barbecue grill or under your oven broiler, turning just once. Serve on buttered and toasted hamburger buns for one of the most delicious burgers you’ll ever experience.
Be careful though, because the melted cheese will be hot and stick to your lips or mouth if you take too big a bite before it has a chance to cool to eating temperature.
