Ingredients:
I serving of oatmeal made in the microwave, according to directions on the box 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal (the kind that looks like chow mein noodles) 24 ounces of hot (gently boiling) water 1 cup of cappuccino powder; I like Swiss Mocha or French Vanilla the best

Instructions:
So, my friends (just how a certain Arizona senator often addressed everyone as he was running for a higher office), just make the single serving of whole grain oatmeal according to directions on the box, except don’t add the salt. But do add one or two teaspoons of cinnamon. Remove it from the microwave and stir to get it mixed together well. Now add 1/2 cup of the Fiber One cereal and stir it in. Heat the water to gently boiling; I do mine at setting 9 for 6 minutes in the microwave. In the meantime, measure out one cup of the cappuccino powder and dump it into a heatproof glass. I use a quart-size glass canning jar, like I use for drinking moonshine. But my jar has a handle on it. Stir the hot water into the cappuccino powder to get it all dissolved. Now pour enough of the cappuccino into the cereal bowl to wet the stuff down really well. This beats the heck out of consuming any other form of roughage for regularity, and is pretty darn delicious. I hope this is beneficial to you, my friend, and leads to a long, healthy life in your own home. If there happens to be some leftover moonshine in the jar, your breakfast will be even more enjoyable; I don’t give a darn about what those 10 doctors said.
