Heat broth, black pepper, celery and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring often.
Remove saucepan from heat. Add stuffing and mix lightly. Spoon stuffing mixture into a greased 3-quart shallow baking dish. Cover baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until stuffing mixture is hot. For crunchier stuffing, bake uncovered.
