Instructions:
I’ve used everything from tube biscuits to a variety of breads, including Boboli, as the crust for my pizzas. Frozen pizza shells are what DiFederico’s used, and any store-bought brand will work.
Adding sugar to Prego spaghetti sauce makes a good replica of the Lamp Post pizza sauce.
Top with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni and any other topping you enjoy. I’m partial to black olives, pieces of green bell pepper and onions when making a pizza.
Then, break up the grilled ground beef patty into irregular pieces approximately an inch in size and arrange on top of the pizza. Bake until the crust is done, and all the rest of the ingredients will be baked just right.
I hope you enjoy this treat as much as I do!
