Ingredients:
(Makes about 1 cup)
2 oranges, juiced and zested with a microplane zester
2 preserved lemons juiced, the peel minced fine
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
Instructions:
If preserved lemons are unavailable, can be substituted with 2 fresh lemons, juiced and zested.
