Instructions:
You’ll be baking this at 350 degrees and you can make it as a two-layer round cake or a flat sheet cake. In either case, grease and flour the baking pans.
Use an electric mixer to combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Next add the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla extract and continue beating until well blended.
Now it’s time to pour in the hot cappuccino (already made as if you were going to drink it) and mix the whole batch well. Pour the batter into your greased and floured baking pan and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes at the 350 degrees.
When a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, it’s baked just right. If you have wire racks that will accommodate the cake or cakes, that’s the best way to let them cool.
When cooled, spread with the frosting you like best and enjoy.
