Makes six servings 1 (28-ounce) can Dei Fratelli Whole Tomatoes 2 pounds steak filets 4 ribs celery, sliced 2 onions, sliced 1 small can mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained 1 can bamboo shoots 1 (16-ounce) can bean sprouts 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Cut steak into strips. Quickly sear in a small amount of oil. Add celery, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook until tender. Blend cornstarch in and 1/4 cup water, and stir into vegetables with soy sauce, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over fluffy cooked rice.
