Shark Repellant Hot Sauce for Labor Day Grilling
Labor Day Meals

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons horseradish 5 jalapeno peppers with seeds, but stems removed 3 tablespoons Tabasco or other hot sauce 2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions:
It makes no difference what you plan to grill for Labor Day. You can have chicken, pork, beef, sausages, hot dogs or hamburgers, as you prefer. But you have to smother your grilled meat with some of this hot sauce. Mix the ingredients together in your blender or food processor. Do remove the stems from the jalapenos, but do not remove the seeds as they pack a lot of heat. The minced garlic cloves are in this just to make you feel like you’ve really done some cooking. You won’t be able to taste them. The mayonnaise is a stealth ingredient. It will mellow out the color of the mixture so diners will not be afraid to take a taste of it. Then, BAM! That first taste will do a job on taste buds. It will be so spicy hot that you will require some good, cold brew to cool the heat in your mouth. With enough of both of these, you’ll soon notice there will not be any sharks within several miles. It works every time.
