Instructions:
Combine 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 ounce of chocolate in a small bowl and melt in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir. Set aside.
In another bowl combine the remaining melted butter with 2-3 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs. Stir until crumbs are moist enough to stick together. Press these into the bottom of your mug.
In another bowl beat the egg, sugar and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Stir to make a thick batter. Slowly add the melted butter and chocolate mixture and combine it quite well. Fold in the rest of the milk chocolate.
Add half of the batter on top of the graham cracker crumb crust. Pour on some miniature marshmallows or some of the marshmallow ice cream topping. Add the remaining batter.
Place in your microwave at full power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Top with some more marshmallows and microwave for another 10 seconds to heat them through.
Let cool a little then get in there with a big spoon and scarf it all up. This is a rich and decadent treat … and you deserve something like this once in a while.
