Ingredients:
2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 3 scallions (or green onions) chopped, so you have small green rings Water, just a little bit

Instructions:
She stirs this together to make a thick cheese. She then pipes some of the cheese into 3-inch celery pieces and arranges them around the edge of a plate. She uses the rest of the cheese as a ball or in a bowl, depending on consistency, and displays this in the center of the celery pieces. An assortment of crackers is placed alongside so guests can use the thick cheese anyway way they like it
