Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, cereal, spice, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl; set aside.
Beat sugar and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs; mix well. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Blend in bananas.
Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely.
Special: Toast the bread slices and top each with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate sorbet and a drizzle of strawberry sauce for a different kind of banana split.
