Prepare the same as the cups above, but substitute 3 tablespoons of whiskey as the liquor in the recipe. After pouring and refrigerating one hour in cups, serve with candied pecans as topping.
To make the candied pecans: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a small bowl, add egg white, whisk until partially foamy. Add sugar, continue to whisk until combined, then fold in pecans.
Place on cookie sheet that has been lightly sprayed with oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
Check on pecans every 3-4 minutes, stirring each time until golden brown.
