Quick Egg Salad

Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon mustard 1 tablespoon minced onion Sprinkle of paprika Chopped parsley

Instructions:
Just chop the hard-boiled eggs and mix in the other ingredients except the paprika. If you’re going to serve and eat this on a salad plate, sprinkle on some paprika and chopped parsley.
