Instructions:
The only thing you need to do with the graham cracker pie shell is to remove the
wrapping. It will be ready to go, just like that. The ice cream needs to be softened, and this can be accomplished in a couple of ways. You can set the ice cream container out on your kitchen cabinet and let it soften down to about room temperature, or you can remove the lid from the container and zap it in your microwave for a few seconds – if you’re in a hurry.
Rinse the blueberries with cold water to be sure they’re clean. Stir the blueberries into the softened ice cream and spread it into the pie shell. Cover this with plastic wrap and put it into your freezer for 4-5 hours, or even overnight.
When it’s time to serve, spray the whipped cream over the top of the pie. Slice and be sure to serve Mom the first piece.
These steps should give her a pleasant time for her special day – but everyone can enjoy it.
