Macaroni ‘Mistake’
pasta

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni, prepared by directions on the box 10 stuffed olives cut in half 5 pepperoncini peppers, stems removed and peppers minced 3 or 4 slices deli turkey or chicken, minced into small pieces 3 slices Swiss cheese, cut into small pieces 1 can peas, drained 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish 5 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions:
Boil the macaroni in some lightly salted water for about 8-10 minutes. Stir once in a while to keep it from sticking to the bottom of your cooking pot. While this is going on, get the rest of the ingredients prepared as per the instructions listed above. When the macaroni has finished cooking, drain it and put the macaroni into a microwave-safe bowl. Pour in the remaining ingredients and stir it to get the ingredients blended well throughout the dish. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it into the refrigerator if you want to serve it as a chilled salad. However, if you want to make a pleasing mistake as I did, place the mixture on a serving plate, cover with plastic wrap and warm it in your microwave for a couple of minutes. The result will be a delicious entrée tasting like a rambunctious casserole. Any leftovers can be nuked in the microwave the same way, and will taste at least as delicious as the first time you served it.
