Ingredients:
2 fryer chickens cut in half, for
four servings
1 cup butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups mustard – the
kind you like best
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons freshly
ground pepper
3 teaspoons ketchup
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Instructions:
You can multiply the ingredients
for grilling more chicken
halves. You can baste the
chicken with this sauce by
using a basting brush or a
long-handled spoon.
Put the listed ingredients from the butter
through the Tabasco sauce in a pan. Cook
and stir once in a while over low heat.
This would be a good sauce to use
when grilling hot dogs. Be sure to slather
enough sauce on the dogs so the bun will
be flavored with it, too. You’ll find this to
be a tasty treat.
