Instructions:
Buy cheap plastic flower pots that don’t have a hole in the bottom. Wash and dry them before use.
Let the ice cream soften a little. You can speed this up by putting the ice cream carton in your microwave for 20 seconds. Put a layer of ice cream in the bottom of the pot. Then add a layer of crushed Oreos (put them inside a plastic bag and smack them with your meat tenderizer).
Next, add another layer of ice cream, then top it with another layer of crushed Oreos. This makes it look somewhat like dirt in a flower pot. Put some gummy worms on top of the crushed Oreo top layer.
Finally, put the filled pots into your freezer until time to serve. When you take the pots out of your freezer, insert one plastic flower in each before taking them to the table. Encourage the kids to enjoy the gummy worms, cookies and ice cream (it might be a good idea to instruct them to not try to eat the plastic flower).
When you’ve stuffed them with this big sugar fix, be sure to follow the advice of the wise grandma mentioned above. Send the kids home and let their parents deal with the hyperactive rascals.
