Ingredients:
3/4 regular size package Eckrich Smoked Sausage, halved lengthwise, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
3 small red potatoes (about 2-1/2 pounds), cooked and quartered
4-ounce can pitted ripe olives, drained and halved
2 cups Italian dressing
1 green onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
