Instructions:
You’ll need to beat this together in a mixing bowl. You can mix it by hand with a spoon or fork, or you can use your electric mixer if you’ve let the cream cheese soften well.
Start by mixing the cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder. When it’s nicely mixed, add the chicken, celery and half the parsley. Blend it together with more mixing.
You can wrap it with plastic wrap to get it into ball or log shape. Place the wrapped appetizer into your refrigerator to let it set up in the shape you desire. You should refrigerate the appetizer for a few hours or overnight.
To finish off the appetizer, mix the chopped almonds and the rest of the parsley. Unwrap the ball or log and roll it in the almond and parsley mix. This will be a tasty treat for your guests.
You may want to double the recipe to make a larger ball or log, or you may just want to have a couple of balls or logs on the table. Be sure to have plenty of crackers or party bread on hand, as this appetizer will be popular.
