BBQ Nachos Deluxe

Ingredients:
4 ounces corn tortilla chips 5 ounces shredded cheddar/jack cheese mixture 1/3 pound pulled pork 4 ounces barbecue sauce 2 ounces jalapeno pepper, sliced Tomato, diced 1/4 cup onion, diced 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tortilla chips in oven-safe dish and top with shredded cheese. Heat until cheese is melted, checking every 5 minutes. After removing from oven, top chips with pulled pork and sauce. Garnish with your choice of jalapeno slices, tomato, onion and lettuce (and whatever else you like). Serve immediately.
