The nice thing about this recipe is that you can assemble it, bake it and serve it in one casserole dish. Of course, you can multiply the ingredients to make a bigger batch to feed a crowd.
When the brats are boiled, slice them into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Do likewise with the potatoes, slicing them into cubes. Put all the ingredients into your casserole dish, stirring them around to get them evenly distributed.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Check to make sure the casserole is heated well in the center before serving.
