Dog Days Anytime Hot Dogs

Ingredients:
8 or 10 flour tortillas 16-ounce can refried beans 8 or 10 hot dogs 1/2 cup feta cheese 1/2 cup your choice salsa or barbecue sauce

Instructions:
Optional: Hot sauce and/or chopped jalapenos to spice up this dish We're going to keep this simple. Lay your flour tortillas out until they have come to room temperature. Put the refried beans into a microwave-safe covered bowl and zap them on High for 2-4 minutes. Spread some of the refried beans on each tortilla. Put one hot dog on the warm beans and sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese over the warm beans and the hot dog. Roll up the tortilla, beans, hot dog and cheese. Tuck the ends inside each end of the filled tortilla to make sure the roll is closed. Place these on a microwave-safe plate and adjust the cooking time from 2-4 minutes at High, depending on how many you zap at a time. Now you will want to put a bowl of your favorite salsa on the table if you're doing this Mexican-style. Or, you can put a bowl of some barbecue sauce on the table if you're doing this cowboy-style. Here's a little trick to use with your barbecue sauce: I get Sweet Baby Ray's sauce and thin it with some water. This is easier to spread on the tortilla and will help keep the sauce from overwhelming the taste of your Dog Days Anytime Hot Dogs.
