Instructions:
Toss cheese and chiles together and set aside. Combine two Texas or 4 dinner rolls together and flatten into an 8-inch circle. Repeat with remaining rolls.
Place one circle on grill over low to medium heat for about 1 minute on each side. Grill another circle on one side. Turn over and top with 1/2 cup cheese and chiles. Put already grilled circle on top and allow bottom circle to grill and cheese to melt.
