Instructions:
Heat up your outdoor grill. If using charcoal wait until it gets a nice gray look for even grilling.
Combine the soy sauce, oil, ginger, lemon juice, minced onions and minced garlic cloves in a plastic bag, which you can seal up tight.
Put the chicken wings into the bag, seal it up and stick it into the refrigerator for at least an hour. Turn it once in a while so every wing is coated with the sauce.
Remove the chicken from the bag and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the wings. Gently place the wings on your grill with a pair of tongs. Turn once and serve.
Sauces such as Teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, jerk sauce (I didn’t mean to hurt anybody’s feelings saying that) or barbecue sauce can be served on the side. These wings are delicious hot off the grill and these sauces just add an extra level of excitement for your taste buds. Enjoy.
