Instructions:
Leaving shell on, devein shrimp. Combine next 2 ingredients; remove and reserve 2 tablespoons mixture. Pour remaining mixture over shrimp in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat pieces well. Marinate 20 minutes, turning over once.
Thread shrimp on skewers, leaving space between pieces; discard marinade. Place skewers on grill over hot coals. Cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until shrimp turn pink, brushing once with reserved marinade mixture.
*Soak bamboo skewers in water 30 minutes to prevent burning.
