Instructions:
In large skillet cook ground beef, onion, pepper and celery over medium-high heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain.
Add ketchup, sugar, mustard and vinegar. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on hamburger buns.
