Instructions:
Combine the yeast and the flour in a large bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg, hot water and salt.
Stir this into the flour and yeast mixture, then stir in the beer. Do this quickly and don’t let it set.
Dry the frog legs with absorbent towels, then dip them into the batter. Deep-fry until the batter is a nice, golden brown and crispy.
This batter is great for frying fish and vegetables.
