Ingredients:
Angel food cake made with sour cream; buy it at your supermarket
Strawberry or blueberry yogurt (use one or the other, for a variation)
Cleaned, sliced and sweetened strawberries
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
Tear the angel food cake into bite-size pieces and place into the bottom of a parfait glass or other fancy serving container. Put a tablespoon full of yogurt over the cake pieces. Add the berries and put some more yogurt on top.
This makes a wonderful dessert. You can even top it with a dollop of whipped cream. It’s fast, easy and delicious.
