Orange Ice Cream
Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
2 cups milk 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup sugar 1 pint of whipping cream 1 (12 oz.) can of Frozen concentrated orange juice; thaw, but don’t dilute with water

Instructions:
Use a double boiler with some boiling water in the bottom. Put the milk, eggs and sugar in the top container and stir until the mixture turns thick. Set aside to cool. Stir the thawed orange juice concentrate and the whipping cream into the cooled mixture in the double boiler. Stir so it’s mixed together well. Pour this mixture into your ice cream freezer and process according to the directions that came with the freezer. You’ll end up with some tasty ice cream, which everyone will enjoy. It will have a pretty appearance and is delicious. Just be careful not to eat too much too fast, to avoid getting the dreaded “ice cream headache.” Tip: If you eat this standing up and facing south, you won’t get any calories from this treat. You’ll just gain happy thoughts of a nice day in Florida, and have a good time in general.
