Tea-Scented Couscous
‘Best Life’ healthy diet

Ingredients:
Makes six servings Prep time: 10 minutes Brew time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes 1 14.5-ounce can chicken broth 1/2 cup water 3 Lipton Green Tea with Mandarin Orange Flavor Pyramid Tea Bags 1 10-ounce box couscous 1/2 cup golden raisins 1 tablespoon Bertolli Classico Olive Oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 green onions, sliced 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds

Instructions:
In 2 1/2-quart saucepan, bring broth and water to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Add tea bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and squeeze. Stir in couscous, raisins, olive oil and salt. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in green onions and almonds. Nutrients per serving: 280 calories, 50 calories from fat, 0.5 gram saturated fat, 0 grams trans fat, 5 grams total fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 350 mg sodium, 49 grams total carbohydrate, 0 grams sugars, 4 grams dietary fiber, 8 grams protein, 2 percent vitamin A, 2 percent vitamin C, 4 percent calcium, 6 percent iron.
