Instructions:
In 2 1/2-quart saucepan, bring broth and water to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Add tea bags; cover and brew 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and squeeze. Stir in couscous, raisins, olive oil and salt. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in green onions and almonds.
