Magically Moist Salmon With Light Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Makes four servings Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes 4 salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each) 1/4 cup Hellmann’s or Best Foods Light Mayonnaise (or Hellmann’s or Best Foods Canola Real Mayonnaise) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush salmon with mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper. Arrange salmon on baking pan. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
