Turkey Tacos
Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
1 pound butter
1 teaspoon Chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon powdered Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Leftover roast turkey meat, chopped
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped lettuce
Shredded cheese
Hard taco shells

Instructions:
Soften the butter in your microwave and stir in the seasonings. This will probably be more seasoned butter than you’ll need to sauté the turkey, but you can freeze it in an airtight container and keep it for anytime you want to enjoy some sautéed meats.
Put a tablespoon or two of the seasoned butter into your sauté pan and add as much roasted chopped turkey as will fit while still leaving you room to stir. Sauté and stir, heating the turkey well and making sure it’s covered with the seasoned butter.
Place this with some chopped tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese into your taco shells for some good eating.
