Braunschweiger Igloos
Skinny Cooks

Ingredients:
1 pound braunschweiger
1/2 can of condensed tomato soup, not diluted
1/2 of a medium onion, chopped fine
2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Cream cheese spread
1 package (3 ounces) of cream cheese with chives, softened
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon milk

Instructions:
Combine the braunschweiger, 1/2 can of condensed tomato soup, chopped onion and Worcestershire sauce.
To make an igloo, just place this into a bowl and turn it out onto your serving plate. But, don’t be afraid to experiment with other forms by using Jell-O molds to make something special for your table.
Place the formed braunschweiger into the refrigerator while you prepare the cream cheese spread you’ll use to spread over the surface of the form. Making the spread is simple, since you combine the softened cream cheese with chives, the minced onion and the tablespoon of milk and stir it together well.
Spread this over the surface of the braunschweiger, just like you do when icing a cake. Use your imagination to decorate it, like the hotel did with the “fish” described above.
This is delicious for use on a variety of party crackers or as a spread for fancy party breads.
