Ingredients:
Makes four servings Prep time: 15 minutes 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 4 cups chopped radicchio 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes 1 cup diced red onions 1/2 cup chopped chives 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/4 cup Almond Accents Oven Roasted No Salt Toasted Sliced Almonds

Instructions:
In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add radicchio, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chives and cheese. Toss gently until evenly coated with dressing. Divide salad among 4 plates. Sprinkle with Almond Accents. Nutrition information: 252 calories; 4 grams fat; 6 mg cholesterol; 239 mg sodium; 13 grams carbohydrate; 4 grams fiber; 5 grams protein.
