One-Handed Bull’s-Eye Barbecue Burger

Ingredients:
Prep time: 10 minutes Total cooking time: 20 minutes Makes 16 burgers 2 pounds ground beef 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 8 Kraft Deli Fresh Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices, quartered 1/2 cup Bull’s-Eye Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce 16 dinner rolls (3-inch), partially split

Instructions:
Preheat greased grill to medium. Mix meat, garlic and seasonings. Shape into 16 (3-inch) patties. Place patties on grill; cover grill with lid. Grill 4 minutes on each side. Top each with 2 cheese squares; grill an additional 2 minutes or until burgers are cooked through (160 degrees) and cheese is melted. Top with barbecue sauce; serve in rolls. Variation: Prepare as directed, using lean ground beef and Kraft Deli Fresh 2 percent Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices.
