Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup Hershey’s Cocoa 1 cup finely chopped pecans 54 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped Confectioner’s sugar

Instructions:
Using a mixer bowl combine the butter, granulated sugar and vanilla and cream until they are fluffy. Combine the flour and cocoa and blend into the creamed mixture. Add chopped pecans and beat on low speed until everything is nicely mixed together. Place the dough into your refrigerator for an hour so it can easily be handled. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Take a level tablespoon of dough and wrap it around each unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss, making sure the Kiss is completely covered. Roll it between your hands to get it shaped like a ball; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until they’re almost set. Let cool a little on the cookie sheet, then transfer them to a wire rack for further cooling. Roll the baked cookies in the confectioner’s sugar to get them a nice, white coating. You’ll produce a little more than 48 cookies using this recipe, so you’ll have plenty to share with family and friends.
